WebAug 23, 2024 · Bump. I just signed up to answer this because I'm on a Ray peat diet and it's working great for me. I drink about 2L of 2% milk, eat about 6-8 bananas a day, mangos, mandarins etc as much as I can. Ray doesn't recommend too much starch but I eat lots of rice and potato to bulk on the calories, aim for 4k each day.
