Printer manageing color gives more vivid color, closer to the Reds and golds that are in my test photo, yet slightly darker than the calibrated monitor shows. I think I can live with it. At least the degree is consistent so my solution is to dial up the brightness by a fixed amount. My Canon Pro-2000 has its own console controls so the adjustment is easily made on the printer.
